OneBridge Visa® Benefits Card Activation
Click here to activate your Benefits Card, or call 1-877-907-7505 from your main telephone number. Then, begin using your card to instantly pay for qualified medical care items and services directly from your health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). No filing claims and waiting to get reimbursed.
Save your supporting documentation.
When using your card, you should request and hang on to supporting documentation in case we need you to send us copies. Your provider should be familiar with what’s required.
- Name of patient or covered individual;
- Date item was purchased or service was received;
- Service provider name (doctor, pharmacy, clinic, hospital, etc.);
- Description of the item purchased or service received; and
- Amount paid.
The IRS requires us to verify that every amount paid or reimbursed from your HRA is for a qualified medical care expense. So, when the electronic transaction data we receive isn’t enough, we have to ask you for documentation. The explanation of benefits (EOB) from your insurance provider usually works best. If you don’t have one of those, get an itemized statement or detailed invoice from your merchant or provider.
We’ll notify you by email or regular mail within about 10 days if we need documentation. All you have to do is submit the requested documentation online or from our handy mobile app, HRAgo®. Either option is quick and easy. Many participants simply take a pic of their documentation after each card transaction and upload it from HRAgo. That way, we’ve already got the documentation in case we need it.
